What
is the certificate redeemable for?
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling you to
receive a complimentary companion airfare with purchase of a qualifying
airfare through a fulfillment travel center. Coach and first class
tickets are available for travel within the Continental United States,
Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii and International destinations.
The minimum available published airfare must meet with
the Minimum Fare Requirement schedule shown below. The minimum fares
stated are base fares. Base fare is defined as the cost of travel
excluding all applicable taxes and fees, including the U.S.
Transportation tax, airport facility charges, security fees and fuel
surcharges. Applicable taxes and fees apply to both the purchased full
fare and complimentary companion ticket.

Coach Class within the Continental United States and Canada:

Published rates that are below the Minimum Fare Requirements do not
qualify for this offer. One of the travelers must be at least 21 years
of age at the time of booking. Both travelers must have proper
identification available at airport check-in. Internet specials are not
valid. Reservation requirements apply to both tickets and include;
itineraries must be identical, minimum 21 days advance purchase,
roundtrip tickets only, Saturday night stay required and a maximum stay
of 30 days. Some destinations may require a Friday overnight stay. The
fulfillment travel center will determine the airline and routing from
the airport closest to your gateway city. Flight selection is based on
availability of specific classes of service at the time of reservation.
Flights may be difficult or impossible to obtain during major holiday
periods. A $9.95 ticketing fee applies to all tickets issued and all
reservations are electronically ticketed. You will receive your
Companion Airfare reservation form within 1-2 weeks. After receiving
the form, a $10 registration fee is required to register the form with
the fulfillment travel center.
Do I get to pick the airline?
No, the airline you receive depends upon which airline has availability
for the location and travel dates you choose.
How do I redeem my certificate and
what happens after I redeem it?
You can redeem your certificate either by mail, fax or online.
Simply follow the directions on the certificate or on the website to
redeem your certificate. When you redeem your certificate you will
receive a reservation form in the mail to book your reservations with
the travel agency listed on it.
How long do I have to use the
reservation form once I receive it?
1 year from the issue date.
With
the multiple use voucher that we provide you, you can give out an
unlimited number of those Free Companion Airfare Certificates. You pay
$99 one time for the personalized multiple use voucher which is a
personalized digital file. You can print or email as many certificates
as you want from that digital file. The people that you give them to
pay $20 when they use their certificate and they save $100's. Your only
out-of-pocket cost is a one time fee of $99 regardless of how many
certificates you give away. Many people have absolutely skyrocketed
their own business sales by giving away these certificates as sales
incentives to their customers and their cost to do so is only the one
time cost of $99 for the voucher. Of course, you can use the
certificates for your own personal use as well!
